The COES exists to provide resources to response to oil spill for the oil & gas exploration and production operators in Bohai offshore, has currently signed membership agreement with up to 5 international oil companies. Each participant member contributes an annual fee and receives guaranteed response 24 hours a day, throughout the year. |
| Who can join COES? |
All companies involved in the exploration, production, transport and distribution of crude, persistent oils and petroleum products are qualified for being member of COES. |

COES provides emergency response handling and delivers appropriate training and consultancy services to the clients, with internationally recognized standard.
