The COES exists to provide resources to response to oil spill for the oil & gas exploration and production operators in Bohai offshore, has currently signed membership agreement with up to 5 international oil companies. Each participant member contributes an annual fee and receives guaranteed response 24 hours a day, throughout the year. |
| Who can join COES? |
All companies involved in the exploration, production, transport and distribution of crude, persistent oils and petroleum products are qualified for being member of COES. |

All companies involved in the exploration, production, transport and distribution of crude, persistent oils and petroleum products have obligations to safeguard the environment.
COES provides emergency response handling and delivers appropriate training and consultancy services to the clients, with internationally recognized standard.

Guaranteed Tier 2 oil spill response services at the specified locations as defined by the
agreement efficiently and effectively.

Covered by extensive resources both personnel and equipment from COES¡¯s network
Help to organize and carry out deployment exercise on regular basis.
