Development strategy
With fast business development, COES is committed to work hard to ensure the most efficient response services to the clients. COES plans to set up the satellite stations in Sui Zhong and LongKo respectively, centralized from our head office in Tang Gu.
An oil spills response network will be established which covers entire BohaiBay and surrounding area.
Besides, from Bohai Bay Base, COES will extend its exist network of resource and personnel further to Eastern and Southern China Sea, to fit in the strategy of CNOOC and the demand from our clients.
By setting up satellite stations gradually along coast-line and resource network we are now be able to deploy our forces over every-inch of Chinese territorial waters. |
Note:
As the first domestic professional oil spill response company of which main service is oil spill response service, the running of the COES refers to the management mode of the international oil spill response organization; as the domestic first-class oil spill response organization, the COES will strive for merging into the international oil spill organizations in 5 years.
Along with the development of the company, COES will besides the Tanggu main base establish satellite bases in Sui Zhong and Long Kou for the provision of more rapid response and better coverage of the BohaiBay. and also the company plans to absorb the external resources such as navy and fishing administrative department, etc. to build the communication channel, so that COES can make good use of those resources once they are needed to be used, thereby intensify the capability of oil spill response . |
